Do we need to already be on Dynamics 365 to implement MSM?
No. MSM is a Dataverse-based application that can be implemented independently. However, if you’re already on Dynamics 365, the integration surfaces significantly more value, capturing emissions data directly from your existing business processes.
How long does a typical implementation take?
Timelines vary by organizational complexity, number of data sources, and regulatory scope. A foundational implementation with core Scope 1 and 2 reporting and one or two framework alignments typically takes 10-16 weeks. More complex Scope 3 and multi-framework deployments are scoped individually.
Which regulatory frameworks does MSM currently support?
CSRD/ESRS, BRSR (1 and 2), IFRS S1 and S2, SASB, GRI, and ASRS. Framework coverage continues to expand with each MSM release.
